Position : Year 5 Teacher / Subject Leader
Teacher Location : Fulham, London

About the Role : As a Year 5 Teacher & Subject Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences while also taking on leadership responsibilities within your subject area.
You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire both students and colleagues, driving forward excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 5 students, fostering a love for learning and academic excellence
- Lead the development and implementation of the Subject Area curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to colleagues within your subject area, promoting collaboration and professional growth
- Use assessment data to inform teaching strategies and interventions, ensuring the progress and attainment of all students
- Collaborate with colleagues,
parents, and external partners to enhance the overall educational experience for students
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience, with a strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a subject leadership role or willingness to take on such responsibilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
- Ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues alike
