Aquent is working with our on-demand software client as they seek a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager adept at developing and managing field-based demand generation strategies and campaigns to build awareness, build pipelines and accelerate opportunities to achieve pipeline ACV targets.
This role is pivotal in supporting the growth targets for a crucial market / customer segment in the UK & Ireland. This person will champion a customer-first and data-insight approach and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns in the UK&I.;
This role is both strategic,
as well as hands-on execution, collaborating with local, EMEA, and Global cross-functional marketing teams, as well as Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders for optimal success.
This role is a 12-month contract position scheduled to start in October 2024. Our client operates on a hybrid model where you’ll be required to work onsite in their Central London office every Tuesday and Thursday, with an extra day here and there.
The role offers an attractive rate of £ £ per hour, equivalent to £100,006 £139,942 per annum, pro rata, and comes with 37 days of holiday per annum, pro rata, inclusive of 9 bank holidays.
In this role, you will :
- Use data insights to inform decision-making and develop a Go-to-Market Strategy for a market / customer segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing but not exclusively events, digital, outbound sales, and social.
- Collaborate closely with UK&I; sales leaders and GTM teams pre-sales, partners, customer success. As well as EMEA and Global Marketing Digital, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and ABM to integrate and execute high-performing, compelling and relevant marketing programs
- Own & seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
- Track and report on the performance of the marketing activities against KPIs and ROI to maximise impact, engagement and future planning
- Collaborate with the partner ecosystem, creating co-marketing programmes
- Be responsible for all communications with the sales team on Marketing activity
Qualifications Required :
- Senior-level experience in field marketing and project management
- Proven experience in strategic integrated marketing and campaign design, with an emphasis on planning and developing demand-generation programs
- Experience working with sales teams directly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to understand and lead with data
- A strong understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred
