Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team at a school in the Twickenham area, working with both primary and secondary students.
Position : SEND Support Specialist (Primary and Secondary) Location : Twickenham Hours :
- Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM Role Responsibilities :
- Provide tailored support for students with ASD, ADHD and other complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized strategies to enhance student engagement and academic performance
- Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to create and monitor individual learning plans
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for both primary and secondary students Candidate Requirements :
- Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with ASD and ADHD
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and proactive in supporting student development What We Offer :
