The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a US Qualified Capital Markets Lawyer to join this top 10 US Firm in London.
Within this role you will be advising European based Issuers on high yield offerings, bridge to bond transactions, other underwritten financings, liability management transactions and other complex financings, as well as working on a mix of high yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings and in very close cooperation with the banking and M&A; teams.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A US qualified lawyer with 7+ years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
