We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract. As part of the team, you’ll be tasked with processing invoices, matching to POs and seeking invoice approvals to ensure correct and timely payments to suppliers.

You’ll also help manage AP email inboxes, handle incoming mail, and closely monitor invoices received via Capture.

We’re looking for someone with high accuracy and a good attention to detail. Preferably you’ll have experience in a similar role, but we’ll also train you up on our systems and processes when you join.

- Experience within an AP team, comfortable to hit the ground running. Would consider general office experience
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Excel and confident in other Microsoft apps
- Confident communicator with the ability to follow up and chase when needed
- Willing to work as part of a team, understands the importance of open communication and feedback
