Level 3 Early Years Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship Maybury Montessori
The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete a Level 3 Early Years Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship at Maybury Montessori as a Lead Practitioner / Deputy Manager.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;
Lead and manage a room to provide a high-quality Montessori learning environment
Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the nursery, also providing cover when she is off
Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding regulations
- Support nursery staff
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Contribute to planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum
- Requirements;
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification
- GCSE’s A C / 4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
- Must obtain a clear DBS
- Hours;
- Maybury Montessori is open between the hours of 08.00-18 : 00 Monday-Friday
- Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 4 days
