What is the opportunity?
A Front Office Executive Assistant / Team Assistant role within Global Markets Europe on a 12-month fixed term contract. The EA role primarily covers the Head of Institutional Flow Sales and the Head of Credit Trading Europe, alongside supporting the Credit and Macro teams.
What will you do?
- Role provides EA and administrative support to include :
- Diary management to assigned Senior Leader(s)
- Booking business travel / accommodation / events
- Processing invoices
- Monitoring holiday bookings
- Prepare agendas, presentations and other documents
- Coordinate meetings as required for Front Office staff
- Desk moves
- Support marketing / entertainment events and prepare the appropriate request forms and client details as required
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and save costs within the business
- Cover other Executive Assistants as required
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Experience of supporting a team within Financial Services
- Experience of supporting at senior or board level
- Strong organisation skills at all levels involving a high level of attention to detail across all tasks
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both vocal and written.
- Calm and flexible nature in terms of dealing with urgent requests and situations
- Good time management
Nice to have
Concur and CRM experience is an advantage
Working environment
Trading floor environment with minimum 4 days in office per week
