Charge Nurse - Permanent, Full-Time
Salary : Up to £46,433 per annum
Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Our client is seeking Charge Nurses to join their dedicated team in a modern mental health treatment facility. This facility boasts state-of-the-art features including secure gardens, a gym, hydrotherapy pool,
patient practice kitchens, art rooms, and social areas.
The service is being further developed to provide tailored treatment packages for patients with complex mental health needs.
This environment is designed to promote independence, supported by an experienced multi-disciplinary team to guide patient progress.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide senior nursing leadership to the nursing team, supporting the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager.
- Flexibly adapt to the evolving needs of the service.
- Act as deputy in the absence of the Ward Manager, demonstrating readiness to expand responsibilities.
- Serve as a role model to peers, consistently upholding the core values of the organisation.
Requirements :
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant clinical expertise.
- Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality care.
- Ability to develop and implement flexible, innovative practices.
- Excellent verbal,
interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Shift Patterns :
Night shifts only : 19 : 30 - 07 : 45
