We care for and support children and young People ages 7 and 18 in residential homes in Cheshire. Our services include Therapeutic and EBD Children's Homes and Supported Living accommodation.
Our work focuses on Children and Young People with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning difficulties, vulnerable families, and unaccompanied asylum seeker children.

About Homes for Support : We are a dedicated team of childcare professionals providing therapeutic residential care for children and young people (aged 7 to 18) with emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties.
Our homes, based in Crewe, Cheshire, are purposefully small (2-6 bedrooms), allowing you to build meaningful relationships with the children in your care.
You'll also be near our Head Office and Training Centre for easy support and development.
Your Role as a Residential Children's Worker : As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for :
- Providing daily care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Encouraging access to education and leisure activities.
- Supporting life skills development like cooking, budgeting, and relationship-building.
- Advocating for children, working alongside families and other professionals.
You’ll transport children to school, activities, and more if you have a full UK driving licence.
What We Offer :
- Competitive Salary :
£27,000 to £42,300 per year, depending on your qualifications and shift pattern.
- Shift Patterns :
- Option 1 : 2 days on, 4 days off (10 shifts / 10 sleeps per month, 150 hours, 14 days annual leave)
- Option 2 : 3 days on, 3 days off (15 shifts / 15 sleeps per month, 228 hours, 21 days annual leave)
- Option 3 : Part-time, flexible schedule; tell us when you're available, and we'll allocate you work up to 3 months in advance!
