The successful PPA Primary Teacher applicant would be joining a small but outstanding SEN school in Lewisham for children with ASD and complex learning needs.
The school provides a range of unique enabling environments, both indoor and outdoor, which are used to maximise learning opportunities and meet pupil's specific needs.
PPA Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans
- Ability to provide PPA cover across all of primary - reception to year 6
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Adapt the lessons to suit the students needs
- Be able to hit the ground running and provide students with SEN needs with lessons
PPA Primary Teacher Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ASD and children with complex needs
- Experience working in a primary education setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
