Key Responsibilities :

- Student Support : Provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Classroom Assistance : Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment, adapting materials and strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
- Behavioural Management : Assist in managing student behaviour, using positive reinforcement and appropriate interventions to support student development.
- Collaboration :





Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support each student’s educational and personal growth.

Who We’re Looking For :

- Experience : Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable, but a strong passion for supporting young learners is essential.
- Qualifications : A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is beneficial, but not mandatory. We value practical experience and a willingness to learn.
- Empathy and Patience : The ability to understand and respond to the unique needs of each student with compassion and patience.
- Adaptability : Flexibility to work in different schools and adapt to various classroom settings.
- Strong Communication Skills :





Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, fostering positive relationships and a supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
