Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at one of the NHS Trusts in South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide high-quality care and support to patients within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Please note, the Trust operates on a Direct Engagement Mode of payment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, independence, and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
- Provide advice, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to discharge planning.
Requirements :
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
