What Your Role will involve :
S erve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good manners in all situations and personalising interactions by remembering details when possible.
A lways make yourself available to customers nothing is too much trouble.
A cknowledge customers entering the bar / lounge with a warm welcoming approach.
E nsure tables are kept clear of glassware and crockery cleaned during the course of a shift and fridges / bar supplies are properly stocked at the start, during and at the end of a shift.
Carry out all requests as business need dictates, by a member of the management team.
R espond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
As the ideal Bar Staff y ou must have :
A flexible attitude and keen desire to learn.
Great time keeping and reliability.

bar & brasserie and a fantastic 9-hole golf course which is pay for play.
Our boutique 4* hotel combines luxury with comfort, each room coming with it's own flat-screen TV, complimentary WiFi and en suite bathroom.
A mix of retro, classic and European dishes are served in the on-site restaurant, and guests can enjoy options such as white chocolate & honeycomb cheesecake and a Sunday roast lunch.
A full Scottish breakfast is also on offer. Regular weekend entertainment is hosted in the hotel bar, in the form of live music and DJs.
We also have a selection of stylish private event spaces, from our grand ballroom The Cedar Suite, to our smaller Woodlands, Willow and Calder Suites which are perfect for parties, celebrations, private dining, family get together or corporate events.
Our 9 hole golf course is a stern test for golfers of all handicaps with its tight fairways and well-protected greens. It has been a popular place for many local golfers since opening in November 1997.
The golf course boasts a healthy membership section and visitors are welcome 7 days a week.
