Job description
We are looking for an
experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Coal Shed.
The Coal Shed London celebrates coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood, inspired by Founder Raz Helalat’s Persian roots by cooking over fire.
Located moments away from Tower Bridge, the restaurant offers a seasonal a la carte menu, daily specials, sharing fish and meat dishes, and an award-winning Sunday sharing roast.
Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed London is a modern open-plan grill restaurant with a private dining room and cocktail bar.
a Junior Sous Chef you will deliver
dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products,
prepared with skill and passion. Your
passion for food, flexibility and excellent organisation skills and cool head will
mean that you will keep you section always running smoothly whilst inspiring
your team to do the same

We're looking for a self-motivated, natural team player that thrives
under pressure.
Are great communicators and exceptionally well
organised.
- Experience in a busy fresh food kitchen environment.
- A genuine passion for creating the finest
dishes.
Handle fresh ingredients, and prepare them to
the highest standards.
- Maintain a professional manner while working under pressure.
- Ensure Health &
Safety rules and regulations are followed.
