- Quickly shaping and producing summary operating model and design content for executive consumption, decision making and approval up to and including the Group’s Chief People Officer.
- Work with the new Head of Group People Services to drive the strategy and design of the optimisation and delivery of our people services,

enhancing the colleague experience.
- Building strong rapport with senior CS and P&P; stakeholders (up to and including ExCo) and influence to gain buy in and support across proposed operating model changes.
- Support ongoing and effective interlock between the People platform, People services function and wider P&P; teams as we progress through our transformation roadmap.
- Work closely with resource and financial data to understand the impacts on our colleagues and budget resulting from ongoing functional change, and work with our partners to formulate colleague centric engagement plans.
