Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and strategic Regional Operations Manager to oversee catering operations across multiple educational sites in East London and Essex. This pivotal role involves managing large-scale budgets, leading diverse teams,





and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Supported by senior management, the Regional Operations Manager will play a key role in driving efficiency and success in multimillion-pound contracts.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong catering background, capable of managing teams, handling budgets, and maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure quality, compliance, and outstanding service delivery across all sites.
- Oversee and manage multi-million-pound budgets, focusing on financial accountability and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate large teams across various locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Streamline operations across multiple sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and reliability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are consistently met.

Requirements:







- Extensive knowledge of either the Business & Industry (B&I;) or Education sector, with experience managing a business patch with a multi-million-pound budget.
- Proven background in multi-site catering management within the contract catering industry.
- Demonstrable success in managing large budgets and leading diverse teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
