Our client, based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Compliance Co-ordinator on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start on notice on a full-time basis. The salary is circa. £25,000 plus further benefits.
The ideal candidate will have experience with property repairs and be willing to have an enhanced DBS taken out.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing a diverse property portfolio to ensure group wide compliance and continuity of service to support young vulnerable people and adults
- Assist in the compliance of the companies planned preventative maintenance schedules which involves the servicing of boilers, fire alarms, fire doors, completing FRAs, Asbestos checks and legionella
- Compile monthly reports on company compliance
- Ensure certificates and labels are updated and recorded accordingly in company database
Experience required:
- Knowledge of asbestos, fire safety, and other compliance elements
- Understanding of statutory environmental requirements
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Strong written and communication skills
- Organisational skills
