Head of Operational Finance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operational Finance to join our successful hospitality client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations in the hospitality industry and the ability to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information
- Ensure financial systems and processes support smooth hospitality operations
- Identify opportunities to enhance top and bottom-line performance across divisions
- Maintain close scrutiny of key commercial drivers of EBITDA
- Manage and develop Finance Business Partners
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders






- Support delivery of group-wide reporting and business performance reviews
- Enable detailed financial analysis across all divisions
- Provide operational financial insight to support development and investment activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
- Strategic mindset with ability to drive business performance
