ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Executive to join our Growth team. Reporting to our Head of Growth, this role will drive our company’s growth initiatives, oversee key marketing channels, and support data-driven strategies to optimise performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, project coordination, and data analysis.
Success looks like:
- Meaningful growth achieved across key channels, and new channels launched with healthy performance
- Successful experimentation pipeline set up and running, with learnings and key results regularly communicated with stakeholders
- Report on key performance metrics produced and regularly shared across the marketing team and wider business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your core areas of focus across the organisation will be:
- Oversee performance and support growth across TikTok, Affiliates, SEO, and Amazon
- Working with our developer, implement website changes for BAU, campaign pages, and product launches
- Conduct AB tests and work to optimise conversion rates to increase revenue per user
- Monitor and report on website and key channel performance
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure accurate and comprehensive data reporting
- Coordinate third-party agency support for Amazon, SEO, and affiliates
- Manage and support various growth-related projects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who will have experience in the following areas:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field such as Growth Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with experience in directly managing at least one of TikTok, Affiliates or Amazon
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a strong eye for detail
- Experience working directly with third-party agencies and freelancers
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and evaluation, with proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new concepts and tools
- Ability to work well alone, identifying opportunities for improvement

Bonus Points - these are nonessential, but a bonus if you have them!
- Proficiency in SEO, affiliate marketing, and social media platforms
- Experience with marketing data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Hubspot and Shopify
WHAT YOU’LL GET
We’re looking to pay a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 for this role, depending on experience.
