This just in - An incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of the studio team at Lisa Eldridge! We are looking for an outstanding Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A;) based in London, to join our team.
This newly created role will be working with the cross-functional teams and senior management to create the financial analysis and planning visibility, to make key business decisions. This role is a constant adviser to the business.
The individual should have a pro-active and naturally inquisitive nature, with an analytical, finance, and business centric ethos, and an ability to adapt and grow with the role and team as their experience develops. A keen and quick eye – both to detail / data integrity,
as well as an ability to spot the wider story is vital – thus must be at ease with large volumes of complex data, and still be able to summarise coherently and accurately to a wide audience.
The role will be focused on the overall business financials; P&L;, cashflow, financial planning & demand planning.
As a digital first brand, the role will also be focused both on site dynamics; the cost of customer acquisition, product & performance forecasting, demand planning, analysing opportunities to support the DTC growth.

Job Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of month end, quarterly and annual P&L;, cashflow with performance reports for senior management.
Create meaningful presentations and analyses that tell a story focused on insights, not just data.
- Providing accurate, value add reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on a range of areas including Product Sales, Web performance, KPI reporting etc. to the wider business & optimize and improve existing forecasting processes and reporting.
- Manage and continuously seek to improve product demand planning and implement best practice to improve forecast accuracy.
- Use a range of metrics and models to forecast, link operational objectives to financials, and determine opportunities for improvement and communicate risks.
- With support, analysis performance from all paid marketing to feedback on the short- and long-term costs for customer acquisition.
- Support the budget and forecasting process of retail sales to net sales,
working closely with commercial teams.
- Provide assistance with other ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
- Be part of the team to bring in an ERP system at the right time in the business.
The ideal candidate will have…
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Extensive Financial Modelling experience
- Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical or FMCG is preferred.
- The ability to communicate, influence and manage senior stakeholders from a non-finance background.
- Excel, PowerPoint, fuelling brilliant presentation skills.
