Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager will help to streamline the day-to-day operation of the EMEA sales team and ensure the sales deals are complete.
The sales operation manager will work with the sales managers,
the finance team, the logistics team, and the IT team to create and implement sales processes and new tools to support the EMEA subsidiaries’ business.
The position is under VP EMEA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Be responsible for the implementing of the sales processes.
o Train the new sales reps on the InMode process and the relevant information systems.
o Support the sales team.
o Be responsible for the on-boarding/off-boarding process for the EMEA sales team. Manage the users and permissions in salesforce, Showpad, Shopify and any other system used by the sales team, Manage the asset (laptop/iPad) distribution and collection, etc.)
o Work with the Finance and Clinical team to ensure all the needed documentation and data for closing a deal is reported and uploaded.
o Work with the logistics team to ensure shipment, and to deal with unexpected issues.
o Create reports and dashboards as requested by managers and sales reps.
o Work with the IT team to define,
test and implement new needs.
o Additional responsibilities will be defined as needed.
Qualifications:
o At least 2 years of Salesforce experience – preferably as a superuser.
o Sales operation experience is a bonus – but other supporting/managing positions can be relevant as well.
o Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to interact both with the sales reps and other departments.
o Tendency to like a diverse job – support, logistics, information systems, etc.
o Highly motivated to learn new things.
o Fluent English. France/German/Spanish/Italian - an advantage.[TC1]
