️ Client Success Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits (up to 10% annual bonus, private medical insurance)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time - (Hybrid) 1 day bi-weekly in the office

Culture Guru is recruiting a customer-focused, strategic, goal-orientated Client Success Manager who is operationally minded and can multitask with professionalism for an intimate and creative business consulting and coaching company based in London City.

Join a dynamic team as a Client Success Manager, where you'll build strong relationships with global leaders. You'll be the main point of contact for clients,





ensuring their needs are met and exceeded while partnering with expert coaches and consultants to drive transformative results.

⭐ Your role will involve managing client communication, overseeing project success, and delivering exceptional service that reflects our client's commitment to excellence. With your attention to detail and organizational skills, you'll help strengthen long-term partnerships and create lasting impact in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;

- Forge powerful client relationships that shape the future of this company's partnerships and drive the strategic growth of key accounts.
- Own the full journey of client and internal projects, leading from start to finish, while collaborating with an exceptional team and expert network to deliver transformational results.
- Be the go-to expert for clients, managing their day-to-day needs, solving challenges swiftly, and ensuring they always feel supported with the right solutions.
- Curate top-tier executive coaching experiences,





matching the best coaches to client needs and ensuring every step of the process upholds the gold-standard reputation.
- Take charge of essential financial tasks, including preparing invoices and managing commercial models, to keep everything running smoothly.
- Champion service excellence by ensuring all client Service Level Agreements are met on time, strengthening this business's reputation for reliability.
- Showcase real impact by gathering and analyzing key data, helping clients see measurable success and creating opportunities for future growth.
- Deliver world-class account management, ensuring every client experience exceeds expectations and contributes to long-term success.
