Pivot Search is currently seeking an Investment Banking Director (Consumer) for a leading mid market firm. This firm operate internationally and focus on M&A; mandates within the mid-market.

This opportunity will be working on sell side deals across the Consumer sector and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. You will be working on mid-market deals and will be involved with the supervision of junior members of the team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A; assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build,





and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with extensive sell side M&A; experience, within the Consumer sector who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career.
