Highly regarded and internationally renowned US Litigation boutique law firm are seeking to add a new Litigation Legal PA on a permanent basis. You will be supporting 2-3 Partners and a team of Associates within this busy and innovative team.
- Salary to £40,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management including travel and meetings
- Prepare expenses and charge accounts
- Updating information within firm CRM system
- Enter fee earner timesheets on a timely basis
- Coordinate with the Finance team regarding client invoices
Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2 years+ Legal PA / Secretary experience within a law firm (Commercial Litigation preferred)
- Secretarial ILEX or equivalent technical knowledge
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
