Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of tailored marketing plans for each venue to drive guest engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee the development of digital and print marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
- Provide senior management with regular reports on marketing performance, guest feedback, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage relationships with agencies to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Develop and refine brand narratives, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and guest services teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to achieve KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality or luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a dynamic, outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, analytics, email marketing, and brand management.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local market trends and the hospitality landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
