My client is a leading D&B; Main Contractor with projects across London. Very well respected construction business whowork across a wide range of sectors. They are now seeking a strong Project Manager to help deliver asome juicy projects in the heart of London
Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities
-To read, understand, convey and ensure the contract requirements / specifications of the project are met by all (including the design team).
-To ensure a contract programme is produced to deadline and complied with by Site Management during the works.
-To identify potential problems, mitigate the effects thereof, establish cause of delay and instigate recovery plan or extension of time notice.
-To maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, representatives and members of the public.
-To plan and manage the labour requirements on site in particular the organisation and appointment of sub-contractors.
- To develop and improve staff
ProjectManager Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years Construction Manager experience
- Previous Main Contractor experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Keen eye for detail / quality standards
