Graduates in the past have earned £70k OTE in their first year and are now looking to grow their own teams!
TRM Recruitment - What you need:
- University degree is essential (2:1 preferred)
- Demonstrable work experience (ideally in a sales related role)
- Driven to succeed and highly motivated.
- Competitive and high achiever
- Ambitious and money-motivated
- Eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorships given)
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:
- Headhunting candidates and building relationships
- Winning new business from day 1 to build your client base
- Proactively reaching out to candidates and clients
- Oversee day to day processes and interviews
- Salary and Contract Negotiation towards the end of a process
- Enjoying company drinks on a Friday!
