Chief Commercial Officer - The role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the team in Central London. This senior role will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy and scaling sales function across both field and call centre teams.
You will play a key role in growth, leading a high-performing team to expand market reach and develop lasting partnerships across the public sector, education, and local authorities.
Chief Commercial Officer - Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and scale sales teams, with a focus on both field and call centre operations
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company goals
- Drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships, particularly within the public sector, education, and local authorities
- Take ownership of stakeholder management, ensuring strong internal and external relationships
- Navigate and leverage frameworks to maximise business opportunities.
- Oversee and optimise the entire sales process, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability
Chief Commercial Officer - The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in building and growing high-performing sales teams
- Experience working with technical products, ideally SaaS solutions
- Expertise in selling into the public sector, particularly within education and local authorities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with frameworks and how to utilise them to drive business growth
