We are looking for
A full time or part time temporary sales assistant for 2-3 months.
Someone with personal selling and customer relations experience in a retail environment.
Fluency in English, additional languages would be a benefit (Mandarin, Arabic).
An interest, passion and love for clothing and styling, and knowledge of current trends.
Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong team player.
Ability to be organised, and able to multi task and problem solve whilst working at pace.
A presentable individual with a high degree of maturity and integrity.
Immediate start if possible.
Key responsibilities
Deal with operational and back of house and stock room duties.
Accept and process deliveries to support the smooth and efficient running of the store.
Help with stock takes and visual merchandising.
Provide an enjoyable N.Peal purchase experience to every customer with the aim of building long term relationships and inspiring loyalty to the brand.
Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained, with a focus on operational excellence,
including loss prevention.
Accurately process all POS transactions and capture of customer information.
