The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company works within the commodity trading space, placing trading and sales professionals into the sector. The fees in this industry are generous exceeding 90k with the commission structure of 50% with no threshold, you could be earning 6 figures within a few years of being in the industry. Our client started up in 2018 and have since tripled in size. They are continuing to grow their team and take on new graduates that are keen to start their career into recruitment.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base annual salary
- Commission structure of 40% with no threshold
- Bonuses at the end of year to top billers
- Bootcamp and one to one training to gain important knowledge on the industry and how to see success
- Annual holiday incentive opportunity to go to Greece, Sicily, Barcelona or Lisbon when hitting your targets
- WFH 1-2 days a week once promoted
- Casual dress

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Bringing on active roles-Actively seeking out new client relationships, pitching the services you can provide, understanding their hiring needs and building that long-term partnership. This involvesnetworking, cold callingetc
- Candidate sourcing and screening-Souring candidates through various methods, including database searches, networking, referrals and direct approaches. Assessing candidate suitability by conducting interviews,
reviewing resumes and evaluating skills/ experience against job requirements.
- Offer negotiation and placement-Acting as an intermediate between client and candidates, facilitating offer negotiations, discussing salary expectations and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Market research and industry insights-staying informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to client and candidates.
- Job advertisement and promotion-creating job advertisements tailored to attract suitable candidates. Utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to promote job opportunities and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- A charismatic and confident individual with good communication skills
- Financially driven and ambitious
- Competitive and resilient
- A team player who will support their colleagues
