SRM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and fast paced business. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a senior stakeholder in the business. This role is hybrid, around 3 days a week office based in London and 2 days from home. The responsibilities are a mixture of business and personal support.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily business operations and ensure preparation for meetings.
- Manage office bookkeeping, bills, and expenses.
- Monitor and organize the Managing Partners email, responding as necessary.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other business-related tasks.
- Source and manage external help or suppliers/contractors as required.






- Bookkeeping
- Track personal expenses and collaborate with the accountant to classify spending.
- Ensure timely payments and manage financial records.
- Manage restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, and schedule activities.
- Oversee memberships and bookings.
- Plan and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, taxis, trains).
- Oversee small legal claims.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure ongoing property maintenance.
- Handle bills, supplier contracts, and related payments.
- Manage car maintenance and related administrative tasks.
- Address any maintenance or property-related issues.
- Organize logistical arrangements for visits
- Liaise with local property managers for ongoing maintenance and project work
- Monitor local expenditures and manage budgets.
- Handle property-related administration, including taxes, bills, and insurance.
- Flexibility to handle urgent queries outside regular working hours.
- Ability to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality.






- Collaborate effectively with portfolio companies, personal contractors, and external partners.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
