They are looking for a Team Assistant who will be supporting the Global Head of Marketing and reporting to their Executive Assistant in an extremely busy role branching into HR too.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management for multiple teams.
- Extensive global travel arrangements paired with scheduling transport.
- HR Support and assisting the team.
- Experience of Salesforce
The ideal person will need to:
- Have a bachelor's degree
- Extremely proactive and has a positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised and an efficient problem solver
