You will lead the MEP Cost Management team, on a range of exciting, multi-million-pound projects, providing strategic direction and promoting the company's values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:







- Lead and set the strategy for the MEP Cost Management team, fostering an inclusive culture that harnesses diverse perspectives and expertise.

- Coach and mentor team members, celebrating successes and fostering talent growth within the organisation.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and securing a pipeline of opportunities.

- Ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects, balancing the needs of clients, colleagues, shareholders, and society.

- Ensure consistency and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

- A proven track record in delivering top-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP sector.

- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).

- Degree or HNC level qualification.

- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain (Tier 1 and below).

- Proficient in using digital tools for cost management services.







- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
