Job description
- Define detailed milestones to achieve the product roadmap and collaborate with peer product managers to ensure successful execution.
- Work closely with UI / UX and development teams to translate customer needs into actionable platform updates.
- Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to reach consensus on product direction, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and deliver features that ensure the platform functions seamlessly for both SaaS and on-premise customers.
- Present, demo, and influence customers, prospects, peers, and leadership in product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and implement product / project metrics to measure success from both financial and end-user engagement perspectives.
- Partner with Technical Project Managers and UI / UX leads to guide development teams in executing priorities effectively.
Requirements & Skills :
- 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered discovery and product definition.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
- Ability to drive team success in a remote-first and internationally diverse environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to document, socialize, and guide product definition.
- Excellent communication skills across functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Services.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies / APIs.
- Familiarity with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Pendo, and ProductBoard.
- Experience with platform product management, prioritization, and aligning multiple teams working together.
