Front of House Fright Night Team Leader - Chertsey, Surrey
Job Type : Full Time - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)
What you'll bring to the team
JOB SCOPE
To support the smooth, efficient and secure running of the Front of House areas. To ensure the team are always achieving and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience and customer service.
The primary role will be to supervise the seasonal host team in running a smooth and seamless guest journey upon entry and exit to Thorpe Park.
You will be a role model in driving high levels of customer service and upselling to ensure financial and sales targets are met.
The role will consist of being the departmental duty manager on a rotational basis and will require you to build strong relationship with all other departments across the Resort.

- Location : Thorpe Park Resort, KT16 8PN
- Hours : Full Time - split shifts
- Pay : £11.72 per hour
Qualifications & Experience
- Exceptional Leadership skills
- Team Player but can also self-motivate
- Lead and uphold required standards in moments of pressure and deliver results
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills within team and networking with other employees at the resort
- Problem solving and decision-making techniques
- Work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Confident and approachable
- Highly driven and motivated
- High level of personal presentation and standards
