Job description

Duties include -

- Working within a busy dispatch office - updating excel spreadsheet regarding customer orders
- Putting new bookings into the system
- Speaking to customers to process orders and update on orders in a professional manner
- Assisting with dispatch

Skills required -

- IT Literate
- MS Office - particularly able to update Excel spreadsheets, with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility - happy to help with dispatch on the shop floor at quieter times

Hours of work







20 to 25 hours per week within the manufacturing hours of 7am to 3.45pm - fully flexible
