Job description
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Services Team.

Key Duties :
- Conductingin-depth assessments to determine the needs of adult service users.
- Crafting and revising care plans in partnership with service users, their relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Advocating for service users to ensure their needs and voices are central to care decisions.
Requirements :
- A Recognised qualification in Social Work.
- Registration with Social Care Wales and DBS
- Considerable experience in social work, specifically within a hospital context.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registrationEligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
