Job description
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with the Head of Product & Innovation as well as the sales team, your main focus will be to develop an integrated growth strategy to driving international expansion.
This will include brand awareness and engagement as well as international customer acquisition through CRM and digital channels as well as events.
You will adapt marketing approaches for various regions and deliver hands-on, data-driven strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.
In order to be successfully considered for the role of B2B Lead Growth Specialist, you will need :
- to ideally have at least 8 years experience in B2B lead gen / growth marketing and to have had strategic responsibility
- to have experience in steel or manufacturing in UK or other international markets
- to have proven success in delivering growth within new markets
- to have integrated marketing experience across including brand, CRM, digital and events
- to have experience with CRM and / or marketing automation tools
- to be able to analyse a range of data to identify insights to optimise campaigns
- to have experience of working alongside sales, product and innovation teams
