Requirements :
- Case Management : Social workers assess the needs of adults and develop personalized care plans to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
- Crisis Intervention : They provide immediate support during crises, helping individuals navigate significant changes or challenges in their lives.
- Advocacy :
Social workers advocate for the rights and needs of their clients, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.
- Community Engagement : They work with community organizations to develop programs and services that benefit the adult population
- Education and Training : Social workers often educate the community about issues affecting adults, such as elder abuse, mental health, and available resources.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
