Operations Support Administrator - West Midlands

Stonegate Group is the UK’s biggest Pub Group with over 3,000 sites nationally. We’re recruiting for a Operations Support Administrator to provide pro-active, professional, and confidential administrative support to our Senior Operations leaders on a daily basis.

Working closely with the Leased & Tenancy Ops Support Team, your role will undertake administrative tasks including providing support to each of the divisions & business units, along with having the opportunity to plan large scale events.

This role requires initiative, pro activeness and strong organisational skills and will be vital to the smooth running of the department.







This is a great opportunity for an entry level administrator to join a large organisation. You'll be based in our Solihull Offices 3 days a week, with 2 days a weeking working from home.

Key tasks for the Operations Support Administrator will include :

Supporting the Divisional Ops Team with travel logistics, accommodation and expense administration as required for the Business Unit Directors and Operations Directors

Providing support to the Ops team during times of team absence

Providing Ops Support to ODs during times of Ops Support team absence, this may include ad-hoc attendance at divisional meetings.

Anticipating the needs of the department to ensure a seamless and positive experience

Supporting with the organisation of large meetings and events including booking suitable venues, liaising with the on-site team, organising accommodation and tracking attendance / accommodation requirements

A range of general administration tasks, including but not limited to : Raising POs and payments

Regular collation tasks







Arranging adhoc meetings and calls

Perform a Mail Merge and send out letters to the estate when required

Helping to support induct our Regional Managers into the business, by assisting in the creation of Induction Plans

Assisting the Team Manager with ongoing projects, whether that is contacting key stake holders, arranging meetings, following up on actions, or Ad-hoc reporting on a project’s success.

Other ad-hoc support to the wider Ops support team and Regional Managers, to ensure a high level of support is always provided.
