Responsibilities :
Effectively manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision, adhering to policies and legislation.
Work within legal frameworks, including preparing reports for Court hearings.
Make complex decisions and manage risks using professional judgment and evidence-based tools.
Communicate confidently in challenging situations.
Represent the department at multi-disciplinary forums.
Engage directly with service users, carers, and families following safeguarding procedures.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker :
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
