We have multiple vacancies for permanent and secondment posts for Deputy Team Leader / Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner in the West Wing Operating Theatre Department.
The WW theatre complex is a theatre unit and satellite areas; where elective and emergency surgery takes place. Specialities include Neurosurgery, Maxillofacial, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, General Paediatrics, Paediatric Orthopaedics, and Craniofacial surgery.
You are expected to provide care to Adults, Children and Neonates.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a Value Based Interview (VBI) and a Technical based interview.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated staff to join the amazing senior Anaesthetic Practitioner team.
Applicants will be expected to have at least years of extensive experience in anaesthetics or critical care and have completed an equivalent practice supervisor / assessor course.
A record of study towards a critical care / anaesthetic module is essential. Applicants must have excellent communication, informed negotiating, and effective leadership skills to thrive in a busy team environment.
You will be encouraged and supported to further develop using the learning opportunities available. There is a structured orientation programme and appraisal system in place to support your development whilst being supported by your team leader and education team.
