We are currently seeking a Commerce Solutions Manager to drive client-focused projects and deliver exceptional results in the fast-paced eCommerce landscape.

You will be assisting the team with client facing deliverables, so accuracy, attention to detail and clear communication skills are critical, in addition to effectively managing your time across multiple projects, escalating where appropriate any delays or blockers.

Commerce Managers have experience in the eCommerce space, with knowledge of optimisation tactics outside of media activation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage client deliverables and growth, ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards and deadlines.






- Consult and provide solutions by understanding current and future planned solutions and how these could drive benefit to your client
- Develop case studies to showcase your work and contribute to our marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on retail media and commerce trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance client solution e.g. Retail Media, Commerce Strategy

Qualifications

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in eCommerce such as Retail Media, Content, Data / Analytics, Shopper marketing / in-store, Retailer Relationships etc
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for engaging clients and managing expectations.
- Has a strong knowledge of client commerce functions (e.g. sales vs marketing teams) and common obstacles they face
- Approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset, seeking creative ways to overcome obstacles and deliver results for clients
