As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children in primary education, working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students' learning. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help.





Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Assist with classroom management and behavior support. Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.

Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as needed. Requirements:Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting. A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
