About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organised and motivated HubSpot CRM Specialist / Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our CRM database and driving outreach to potential customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring data quality, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot CRM Management:
- Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Segment customer data and create targeted lists for outreach campaigns
- Manage and optimise workflows and automation within HubSpot
- Track and analyse key CRM metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Becoming a Hubspot champion - maintaining our CRM data to drive the business
Sales Development:
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and social media
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Develop and refine outreach messaging and strategies
- Track and report on outreach activities and results
Sales Support:
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and following up with leads
- Provide support with customer onboarding and training
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes
- Most importantly, a genuine love for developing relationships with people
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM (required)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
