Technical Account Management, AI Fundamentals, Agile, Software Dev Lifecycle understanding. Client Facing, Hybrid role (2 days in London office per week).
An Artificial Intelligence (AI) company are looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a major part in the development and implementation of their AI solutions to enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction.
You'll have 3+ years of experience in a client facing role with a working understanding of data science, strong mathematical skills and an ability to develop lasting client relationships to join their team as they expand the business.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management
- Respond in a timely way to product and client related inquiries.
- Help to implement and launch client projects.
- Inform and advise clients about the AI solution and its potential uses.
- Document customer needs and report customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Skills
- Experience in a technical account management position (tech and client facing)
- Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and CRM Management.
- Understanding of AI principles
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence principles
