We are working with a popular primary school in the Borough of Southwark. The school provides rich and engaging learning experiences which will create lifelong memories. They are looking for a strong Year 5 Teacher to join their team for a January 2025 start. They have an inclusive environment and welcome candidates for this Year 5 Teacher role from all backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Differentiate lessons for SEN children with EHCPs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback accordingly.
* Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
* Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: QTS or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience teaching a Key Stage 2 Class
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Desirable: At least 1 years’ experience in a UK based classroom
