An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and self-motivated entrepreneurial individual to join the London Contour Experts (LCE) Marketing Team, responsible for bringing brands to life within swimwear, activewear and lingerie industries.

This is an exciting opportunity if you want to gain exposure to a variety of marketing channels within a fast-paced fashion brand marketing team. You’ll get to be involved in idea generation, creating content and learn from some of the best on how to create a cross channel marketing strategy and brand experience which adds value to our existing and new users alike.

Position Overview:





We are seeking a skilled PR & Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic PR and marketing plans that enhance our brand's visibility and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fashion industry, particularly in lingerie, swimwear, or activewear, and possess a robust network of industry contacts. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Day-to-day tasks vary between:

- Create and implement comprehensive PR and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
- Develop campaign objectives, key messages, and target audiences
- Leverage your existing Rolodex to secure media coverage, partnerships, and collaborations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with fashion journalists, influencers, and industry insiders
- Oversee the development of engaging content for various platforms including press releases, blog posts, and social media
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional events,





and seasonal initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings
- Track and report on PR and marketing metrics, including media coverage, campaign performance, and ROI
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and improve future initiatives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a PR & Marketing Manager or similar role in the fashion industry






- Extensive network of media contacts and industry professionals, with a preference for those with experience in lingerie, swimwear, or activewear
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitches
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and media relations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential for remote work.
