National Zakat Foundation is the UKs premier Zakat institution. We redistribute millions of pounds every year, within the UK, from Zakat givers to Zakat recipients, creating a real sense of care and community. We are currently executing an ambitious strategy to leverage our expertise in Zakat and technology to empower communities to take a more direct role in distributing Zakat.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Fundraising to join our senior leadership team and spearhead our income generation and brand visibility.
This is your chance to be at the core of NZFs mission, steering our income-generation strategy across both digital and non-digital channels and ensuring strong brand visibility that drives people to collaborate with us in building the UKs first truly national Zakat System. Your leadership will be instrumental to NZFs ability to help needy Muslims in the UK and give the wider Muslim community a deeper understanding of the duty and opportunity in supporting local needs in the UK.

- Leads with Vision:You stay ahead of the curve in devising marketing and fundraising strategies, always assessing the market for opportunities, and improvising solutions that capitalise on these opportunities.
- Masters the Details:You get into the details to analyse data, make plans, assess results, and report on findings.
- Creates Plans:You are a seasoned executor, planning carefully the steps required to achieve our objectives in income generation and brand communication.
- Communicates with Clarity:You are an effective communicator,
able to translate our vision into captivating and effective forms of communication.
- Collaborates Effectively:You work well with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring that marketing and fundraising strategies are aligned and capitalise on organisational activities.
