One Green Bean was first established in Sydney in 2007 and over the following decade it became the most awarded PR and content agency in Australia, working with the likes of Uber, Nike, Google, Tourism Australia and Virgin Atlantic.
In 2011, ogb became part of global communications network Havas and facilitated our founder relocating home to the UK, to launch our offices in London.

Role Summary
Graphic designer within One Green Bean, working across all clients.
Reports To
Midweight Designer
Purpose of Role
We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing team and create standout design work for One Green Bean. Reporting to the Midweight Designer, you’ll create designs, motion design and video, generate visual ideas, and support on the production of brilliant work from the agency.
You will be an ambassador for creativity at One Green Bean and help establish the creative credentials of the agency in Havas Village and amongst our competitors.
The role requires a solid grounding in graphic design, motion design and video, with strong layout and typographic skills at the heart of your work. You will live and breathe the latest trends and share your findings with others.
Collaboration is key to working at One Green Bean and a can-do attitude and a degree of flexibility is important.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation and conceptual design
We are looking for a great junior designer who oozes talent and is not afraid to get stuck in from the off. An eye for the next big thing in design, video and motion graphics. We need someone that lives and breathes design on all fronts, across all platforms, especially for design and best in practice multiple mediums.
Someone who has fully experimented with AI and integrated it into their workflow.
Someone who has the potential to make anything look beautiful, challenging the norm and striving for the best. Think creatively and spotting proactive design opportunities.
Extend creative concepts to other areas of One Green Bean expertise where relevant. Present creative solutions with enthusiasm and zeal to agency partners. Identify opportunities to creatively grow your brands and clients
Suggest proactive ideas that are pertinent to your brands and clients
Day To Day
Across a varied range of clients, working on projects that include:
Social media: (Design / Video / Motion)
Case studies: (Design / Video / Motion)
Presentation Materials: (Key Visuals / Mock-ups / Deck design and layout)
Mentored by / and support to the wider studio, Creative Directors and Midweight Designers.

Amazing eye for detail
Motion Graphics
Mock-up skills in Photoshop and AI
